The Diani Beach Holidays can be combined with our Kenya Luxury Bush and Beach Safari.
Day 1: Travel to Diani
On this day, you will travel from home to Diani Beach Kenya; either by road, railway (to Mombasa, and a transfer vehicle to your hotel) or a short flight (to Mombasa or Ukunda Airstrips).
Night at one of the Diani Beach Hotels.
Day 2, 3 and 4: Enjoy Diani
For the next three days, you will enjoy a relaxed Diani Beach Holiday. You can enjoy water sports, diving, snorkeling, boat ride in a glass-bottomed canoe, sunbathing and swimming along the vast Indian Ocean beach.
Optional activities that you can enjoy outside your hotel include:-
- A day trip to the beautiful Shimba Hills National Reserve
- A birding trip with a local expert
- A visit to Shimoni Caves
- A visit to Wasini Island (including the coral gardens)
- Day trip to Chale Island
- Day trip to Funzi Island, Bodo, King’amboni and canoeing along Ramisi River
- Dolphins Cruise at the beautiful Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park and Reserve
- Whale Shark Cruise (seasonal in the months of February, March, November and December)
- A visit to the Colobus Trust and Primate Rescue Centre
- A short town tour of the Ukunda township
- A short walk around the Diani area
- A visit to Kaya Kinondo Sacred Forest
Nights at one of the Diani Beach Hotels.
Day 5: Departure
On this day, you will enjoy a relaxed breakfast at you hotel.
You will then travel home; or transfer to the train station or airport, for your return trip home. This marks the end to our lovely Diani Beach Holiday.
